  • Digital materials remain eligible for refund if not downloaded or accessed
  • Subscription services can be cancelled with prorated refunds within first 7 days

Important Notice

Refunds are not available for services already consumed, downloaded materials that have been accessed, or requests made after 30 days from purchase date. Special promotional pricing may affect refund amounts.

We process refunds through the same payment method used for your original purchase. Different payment methods have varying processing times, and we'll keep you informed throughout the entire process.
